I've been studying renewals -vs - cancellations/non-renewals and found something interesting. If we send out renewal notices on a Monday...we get many more renewals and less cancellations.

Fridays are the worst possible day to send them out. :)

This is a non-scientific study - done over the course of about the last 4 months. Your mileage may vary...but I'd love to hear if it works for everyone!
