I need a server administrator that can help with different servers. In return I can offer hosting, advertising and everything else related to building and maintaining sites.

I don't expect you to do everything on the servers but if I'm simply stuck with a problem or not available I expect that you can step in and help out.

In the future it will be likely that I will pay you a fee for this but for now it works fine for me with this setup (but will be in need of a new server admin).

Note ICQ is a must and don't worry about asking about what you can get in return. I can offer many different things except for a lot of money.
