I sent a support ticket in last night and got a response this morning and wanted to reply to it and I did but then got this as a response
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
irma@expertcreations.com
I tried sending to support@namecheap.com, reseller@namecheap.com, and even Rick@NameCheap.com and all give me that annoying message.
So what the hell its been almost 2hours now??

It just looks like all of the aforementioned email addresses are forwarding a copy to this email address "irma@expertcreations.com". They still may of received your email. You should verify with their support.

the only contact methods are the email addresses as listed here

I will try Rick@Templates.com now even though that isnt a regular namecheap email for support

well it appears the email went through and was sent to Rick@Templates.com but I have not gotten a response yet...
What am I supposed to do now??

Hello Machine,
We had a problem with one of our mailboxes. When you send emails to support@namecheap.com they go to several different email boxes. That being said your email should have still been received and you should be getting a response here soon. The issue with the specific box has already been corrected as well.
