Maybe somebody has similar experience:

I want to close my account with successfulhosting and filled their form http://successfulhosting.com/closeaccount.php last week.

They tell on the form that the account is closed within 24-48 hours but I did not get a reply after the two days. So I sent a ticket to customer support last Friday and got only the automated reply so far.

I just don't want to be billed for another month because I already moved my domain to a new host. Do anybody have had trouble closing an account with successfulhosting yet?

I have a few accounts with SH. I have never had a problem canceling an account for myself or for a client. If you have submitted the cancellation form and sent a support ticket than I would recommend calling them via their 800# number and speak directly with a CS representative.
