Looks like a good service, but from what I could tell it is exactly what the name says.. A payment verification and billing sevice. You have to setup a merchant account to go along with it.

I would email them and find out how the money gets to you before paying the setup fee. If they simply process the cards and transfer the money into your account its the best deal I've seen..

If it is just the service it might be worth it in the long run saving you time or money from hiring someone.
