Hi!

Just wondering, how long does it take to close an account? I signed up for a hosting account with Gearhost two weeks ago, the next day after I signed up I emailed them requesting that they close my account. I've sent three emails with no reply and although it sounds unlikely, does it take a long time to close accounts? If so, then why do companies have the 30 money back guarantee when customers can't use it? ^^;

Sorry, this sounds like a rant! I'm just a little worried ^^;

Close your account right on the next day? Yeshh

Also if you don't get a refund/cancelation it is best you start looking at your CC statement to pick up the phone and file a chargeback.
