What's a good way for keeping track of expenses, profits, etc.?
I use WHM AutoPilot and felt it would be kind of hard to have to keep track of each customer's payments in a program like Microsoft Money or something.
I'm pretty new to this aspect so I'd appreciate some advice.
Thanks :)

For expenses I use Microsoft Excel.

The interface I use has a complete billing system with reports. But I also use Excel for my expenditures.

ModernBill is the closest thing I've seen to a full, complete solution.

Excel would be the cheapest method (if you have it), but you could use one of the many money management packages out there for more functionality. Quick Books is good, Quicken is OK, and the new Micorosft Money for Small Business is aparently not too bad from what i have heard about it.

We use clientexec and it is perfect for us! Their new version to be released soon is everything we need - billing, client management, and support in one. And we can manage linux and windows hosting clients!
Tried WHM Autopilot (linux only and bit confusing) and MB (way too much overkill). In the end it depends on what YOUR needs are and what your clients prefer.
CE is simple, easy to use for our clients, and helps us effectively manage our billing, cliens, and support.
