hello,
I am creating my own small reseller business and have been looking at different web hosts that offer resellers. I like www.varhosting.net becuase of their end user support free of charge with their power reseller package but is there any other hosting company out there that could offer that included in the plan. I am also looking, hopefully, for a plan that included clientexe included with the price, but that is not required as of now.

Your opinions are appreciated

I think, hostingzoom or resellerzoom also offers end user support with their package. You may have to check that. You may also search this forum and there might be some other users who offer this feature.

www.AssortedInternet.com and www.Micfo.com and www.DockettHost.com and www.osgen.net(limited) are a few others.

Remember to search for these hosts before you go with them.

Also, it's worth noting that prices can sometimes work out cheaper in the long run if you outsource support, hire your own support rep, or etc. Obviously you know your goals/intentions in this better than I do though.

HostingZoom have been fantastic for the month i've been with them so far, and they're getting good reviews over the net. They support anonymously your end-users.

Hi,

You could try http://www.hostvoice.net. It displays a form, you select what requirements you are looking for in a website host and submit, within a few days you get replies from 5-6 website hosts which meet your needs

Just one thing, once you have chosen a reseller, make sure you do your own research, to see if the chosen reseller is actually reputable.

Good luck with choosing your new host

Howdy all,

I just came by WHT and saw this thread mentioning us from a few weeks ago. Just to clear one thing up - we do provide end user support for resellers. All you need to do is direct your resold customers to our support system and we will help them out. We do this for many of our resellers.

Others choose to act as an intermediary with their clients, because most issues are not server issues but client questions. In that case, they play as "Level 1" support for basic issues and forward on to us anything server related or more complex. It works pretty well, I think anyways. :-)

Of course our helpdesk is part of our web site and carries our brand. If that is a problem for you, then you would need to consider an upstream provider who can provide a totally anonymous face for your end user customers.

Hope this helps!

Thanks - Brian
