Does anybody know of a good Domain Name Shopping Cart? All I want it to do is to look up a domain name and then give the customers the option to click a button to then proceed to buy that domain name. Hopefully there's a free one out there but I'd be interested in any such product.

I don't think you're going to find a "shopping cart" per say for domain names. A bunch of the domain name registrars have systems where you can be a reseller. They range from the very complex (to program) like OpenSRS to much simpler ones like Dotster's Instand Reseller program or Enom's Registry Rocket.
