I thought I would share this link with you guys. This is basically just like the scan space/find alien program (can't remember the name) that got started a few years ago, but this one is for cancer research. the find alien lifeform thing is called Seti @ Home project.

My brother subscribes to a usenet newsgroup service known as easynews. They actually give you additional bandwidth on your plan for each cpu hour or whatever you dedicate to the "fight for cancer".

It's a neat idea.
