I am looking for a professional programmer who will create a php order form for us.
This order form will be on a secure page and point to another secure page so it must be SSL friendly. The information must be sent to 3 email addresses which are to be hidden from spammers etc. and include the IP of the sender, computer system details and any other identifing info that will assist in fraud prevention.
There will be a number of fields to obtain client info, account info
and misc questions.
Finally, the script itself must be spam proof.
