I ended up with the fact that you cannot let your business have all the requirements of the real business in USA without being there. So while you're not there, you can have someone else be there instead of you, or who is already there

So are there professional sites where you can search of business partners? I found some of them by googl & yahoo, but they didn't look like professional sites!


And the main question for me before I continue looking after a business partner is : I need a partner not with my whole business, but a partner with my merchant account only. A partner who has SSN# and Driver License, is there a way to get one without being worry about my money in the merchant account from taking it all without my written authorization?

Proper paperwork must be made though between you and your partner. As the merchant account will be in his name, he'll use a U.S. bank account, and moreover a business registered in U.S. , Personally, I wouldn't do this risk.

You can form US bank accounts and US business by Valis. But you cannot form SSN or a drvier license with them, and SSN or a drvier license are what I need for my merchant account

You can have a secretary in the UK who can sign the papers you autorize him to sign. Off course you have to have a company registered there, assign yourself as a director and have a UK secretary. You can do more with this option than what you can do in the US.

I read thru the website and I understand that they do businesses/merchant accounts/bank accounts for non-US residents, In a few words. Well, moh2004, you might check something like this.

Valis International can open US bank accounts for you , as well as forming US business. They are great, really great, and I've used them to open a bank account 5 months ago, and US business 1 week ago

But I got stock with them in opening the merchant account, as they do not issue SSN for you, and all the merchant provides in US needs SSN to let you have good discount rate and no $10000 limit

I don't realy know what you mean by not a good enviroment. With regrds to the cost, you can not realy get a merchant account in the US if you do not have a physical business in the USA, having an address and phone number is not enough. The only option available in the US is to set up an LLC and then get a merchant acount with monthly maximum processing of USD10,000. Having a prtner is dangerous, as S-comm said, and I don't think it will even work because banks will ask how much that partner share and evaluate the risk involved based on that.

In the UK, or Europ in general, you can get less than 3% discount, $100 set up , Multi-currency, and unlimited monthly volume, as well as your funds can be transfred to your bank account in Saudi Arabia.

I have my bank account opened with hsbc usa for two months now. I used Easy Corp Ltd to get this account opened and it was done within one month. Maybe it can help... this is totally free banking with HSBC.
