Hey guys, I'm starting a web-hosting business and I would like to know what kind of legal stuff must i handle to make my company legal?
(ex. register, taxes, what do i need to do and can i get someone to do it?)

DBA or an LLC would be one of the things you need.

I suggest you talk to a lawyer.

If you're planning this to be a small time operation, then you just need a regular business license and a TOS/AUP that you can view other web hosting companies sites for.
Good luck with the new venture!

As previously mentioned, you need either a DBA (most likely to start), or you need to incorporate your business as an LLC, Corp, etc.
Most states have a small business center, usually with a website. There are TONS of great pointers on starting and running your own business.
You may also want to file for a Business Tax ID (60.00 in my state) so that you can open a business checking account if you wish. Some states may allow you to use your personal SSN instead of a Tax ID, but the laws vary from state to state I'm sure.
Sit down.. write out a business plan. It doesn't have to be exact, and you don't even have to stick to it... but DO IT! It'll give you a good idea of where you want to take things, even if it's just getting your ideas out on paper. There are also a ton of great resources for writing business plans that can be found via your friendly local Google search engine. ;)
Next, I suggest you do a lot of planning, maybe even a little market research. You probably won't find a lot of other hosts willing to talk to you on the matter, or give away any 'secrets' so to speak.. but try to find yourself a niche. Something that sets you apart from the crowd.
This is starting to get a little away from the subject, so I'm going to stop here.. but that should be enough to keep you busy for a little while at least. It's always good to have a lawyer, but it's not always neccessary when you're just starting out either. DEFINATELY check your states small business center.. some even have resources for free legal advice.
Good luck.

To add to Rman2003's post, you might research at your local university or college that has a legal program to see if they offer services to the public.

Register your business in the Isle of Man and hoard all the cash for yourself.

You will need to speak to the FSC (Financial Supervision Commision). http://www.gov.im/fsc/
