I was looking at the reseller plans from 24hostingnow.com and I tried to contact their live chat support for few presales questions.
The response I got from them was terrible - i.e they were least interested in replying me. Here is the chat transcript that I had with them (infact i was alone who was chatting with them) -

It could be that their online chat support is busy at that moment, try emailing them. Seems to be a monologue to them.

His chat client could have crashed, and perhaps had not been ignoring you at all. As boonchuan stated,, you should email them.

This is not enough to declare a 'poor service' alert. As the others have said, many things could have happened on their end.

In younger days it is I am going to tell my mama, now it is I am going to post to WHT. : (

how long did u wait for em to reply? if its short time, you should give me some more time. Be patient a bit, as people say . they might be busy at that moment, and "timon: will have to tell my experience on WHT". sounds like threatening lol...

If one bad instance with a busy chat rep is "poor service", you're probably expecting too much. Shoot em an email and you should be fine.
