Hi, it would be good if you could give us a little more information about your needs. How much space and bandwidth will you need? What's your budget?

I don't know about the other two, but at the moment Fuitadnet is...well...dodgy. You might want to look at the Fuitadnet: 60 days = "soon" thread in this forum. I'd post a link, but I'm not allowed to do that yet.
The short version is that Fuitadnet was sold a few months ago, and some people have been having a great deal of trouble with them since then. Service is generally considered to have gotten a lot worse, since they fired all but one of their original support people. I had a very annoying problem that wasn't fixed for over sixty days.
It has been fixed now, apparently, but I no longer trust Fuitadnet - they fixed it once before, and it went down within 24 hours. I plan to move my domain registrations to godaddy (no, not because of the Superbowl ad), and my sites to a more expensive but more dependable host soon.
I don't know enough about reselling to speak to that issue. But I DO know that a number of people who ARE resellers have had very serious problems with Fuitadnet lately - at least one of whom is being sued by one of his customers due to Fuitadnet's failings!
I've had a website since 1996, which is a pretty long time in the online world. It has been a painful process, sometimes. But I have finally noticed that every time I go with a cheap company that has great service and features, they get bought or something else happens and they go downhill FAST.
Then you're stuck with the incredible hassle of trying to move everything, which takes time and money. It's better to spend more money up front and save yourself (and your family!) the grief.
You've made the right start by coming here. It's a great place to check out companies. But be careful. I checked out Fuitadnet here (and on usenet, and on Google - I looked for "Fuitadnet sucks") before I went with them, and noted at the time that there wasn't a single complaint about their service or support.
And a few months later...well you know. No one except the owner could have known at the time that Fuitadnet was going to be sold, and no one except perhaps Sharkman (the new owner of Fuitadnet - that's his handle here) could have known that Fuitadnet was going to go straight down the toilet.
So to sum up a very long response with a very old saying, caveat emptor.
Check their site registration date. Then you can get how experienced they are with hosting.

Thanks for a the info. Yes I am not looking for a 30/month reseller since I am not planning to make money of it jsut to host all my families websites. 15 bucks would be the max I would go. Ad It should at least ahve 1 gig of space.

You should be able to get a pretty decent reseller plan for $15 per month, especially since your requirements are low. What you can do is go through the offers and requests sections here, there are usually pretty good deals there, if any of them catches your eye you can then check to see if there are any reviews on the particular company.
