Those are our regular prices, yes.

If you are in the UK and are in charge of a VAT ID that is applicable in the EU (it starts with "GB") then we won't charge you 16% VAT. Otherwise, we are forced to charge VAT.

Sorry, 1 GB RAM is maximum per system.

The 1000 GB can be used as needed. 500/500, 900/100, 100/900, it's up to the customer.

Adult content - depends on what kind in particular. Contact me via eMail or PM please.

40 GB -> 80 GB HDD = add 2.59 EUR / month (3 EUR incl. 16% VAT)
40 GB -> 120 GB HDD = add 3.45 EUR / month (4 EUR incl. 16% VAT)

If support is out-sourced, who?

Do you have a SLA for response and resolution time?

4 people doing support. For the size of our enterprise, this is sufficient. There's no SLA with these low-priced servers. However, typical response time to eMails is approx. 10 minutes during regular business hours (9-18 CET) and 1 hour otherwise.

Regards,
Markus

What's the uptime with those servers?

What's the upgrade cost to 1 GB ram (from 512 MB)?

ValueSERVER

100% guaranteed availability on power and air conditioning. 99,5% on network connectivity.

The price for an upgrade to 1 GB RAM differs from package to package. Let me know which server you're interested in, preferably by PM or eMail: info-wht at valueserver.de

Markus

As far as I understand cheaper offers aren't available anymore... At least on your site.

Also, can you please PM me IP (or better yet, test file) to ping?

Danke.
