Hi,

I'm currently using version 0.87 of Webmin on my server (Redhat 7.1) and I was considering performing the "Upgrade webmin" option under "Webmin configuration". Has anyone out there done this before, and did you have any problems?

Right now my server is working fine and I hate to fix something that's working. However, there are some features missing that I'm hoping will be in the upgrade.

Any comments? Caveats?

Thanks in advance.

I'd just run the rpm... Download the latest RPM off of their site, and run it:
rpm --upgrade webmin-0.92-1.noarch.rpm

I've upgraded webming before. I just used the link within webmin to do the upgrade. Everything went fine.

I'm with you though. I only upgrade when I need the new features.

You can use the builtin upgrade function. It always worked fine for us since Webmin 0.79. :agree:

Thanks.
