I am using kayako live response for chat support ,but it does produce sound.. with Firefox browser... on the other hand it works well with Internet Explorer..

any advise..

I experience this with alot of internet applications. the differences in display and processing in firefox and ie. a great example of this is a Half-Lifegaming stats site www.ag-stats.net view it in ie and firefox you'll see how it is.
