Evening Everyone!

Does the Cerberus support center work after integrating Cerberus with Modernbill. I thought I read somewhere that the support center would no longer work. Is that correct? Ideally, I would like to have the two scripts integrated together with the support center still available and functional.

Thanks in advance...

Hey DataDork!

Yeah, you can actually have as many copies of the Support Center going as you like -- each with its own custom configuration (queues/skin/etc).

It's easiest to set up one copy of the Support Center purely for ModernBill integration, and another copy for embedding normally in your website. It's only a couple hundred kilobytes. ;)

All Support Center installs share the same database, so they're always in sync regardless of where you're using them.

If you need any help getting that going, let us know.

Thanks!

I have Cerberus integrated with modernbill, in my website and others customer websites, and you can setup cerberus to work the two ways:

1. Only available inside modernbill for your registered customers.
2. Available inside your modernbill for your registered customers and in your support page available to public.

Cerberus allows you to work with many public profiles (that is the support interface for public). You can setup one public profile for Modernbill, one for the public, and one for others websites that you have, the entire integrated in one staff area, so you don’t have to login to many helpdesk to see all the tickets from all your sites.
