Anybody know how to do that?
I tried to re-register nameservers through them with the new IP but I get an error message (Nameserver or IP address is not unique).
Also I tried to contact Enom Support, but everybody know how slow their support is. :(

Far as I know, contacting them is the only way. If you have an email address to a particular person, I'd try that.

Try emailing billy@enom.com
Thats about the only thing i dislike about enom, that you dont have an easy way of updating something as simple as an IP number for your nameserver. :(

I don't know whether this is common pratice. I run into a similar problem - albeit with another registrar. I didn't want to re-register my domain name which has recently expired and to my surprise they billed my credit card without my knowledge nor approval.
Is it acceptable to ask for a refund?

Yes :) I got a reply from Billy, I must sent all the nameservers and ip to info@NOSPAMenom.com (remove NOSPAM)

Hello,

I tried to re-register nameservers through them with the new IP but I get an error message (Nameserver or IP address is not unique).

This error usually means that the IP you are trying to use is already being used by another name server. An IP can only be used on one registered name server, thus it must be "unique".

A very simple way to check this and find the name server that is using this IP is to perform a fwhois.
#fwhois IPNUMBER

No, what it mean its that that nameservers its using another IP and I can't re-register it :)

Hello Jorge,

If you mean by "re-register it" that you are trying to just create another name server with the same name (not modify or delete the current one first), just with a different IP then yes, that would not be “unique” either :). But the "not unique" error that comes directly from the root registry (Verisign) is dealing with the IP problem.
