My names Chris, im going to start a web hosting business. Ive made a business plan and got the money I need to get it started.

Im probably going to get a RAQ 4 from RackShack, $99 a month.

Is there anything that I should be aware of before starting or any pointers you could give me.

How long was it before you had your first client?

Can anyone reccomend any good web designers? I feel that a good quality site and design will be an important factor to my success.

I have seen some people on this board asking for a design in return for hosting, would this be looking into? I wouldnt have any problem in getting a free design, in return for them having some free hosting!

I would like to hear you thoughts

You should read the thread on here with the subject "unexpected web hosting costs" or something like that. I'm to lazy to do a search right now.

And, you don't already have a customer or two lined up?
