Hi Everyone
I've been using Hivelocity's new ticketing system for some months now - and I've found it to be very good.
It's been easy to keep a track of all the history of my questions.
So, that combined with their online chat - I'm very happy that I'm able to offer real time 24/7 support to my local Australian hosting clients.

Are you saying that they are offering live chat/support to your clients directly as well 24/7 ?

I love it too, these guys keep finding ways to give better support. I love the live chat it is a real time saver, and they are always there even on christmas.

Great job HiVelocity keep up the good work.. I do have one suggestion , how about an emergency escalation email address that only goes to the top techs ? Just a thought.

I tried out their support ticket a few nights ago to get a package installed on my vps plan and it worked great! I think I have made my choice!
