this week it's very different for me and my one man based hosting company,

My first employee come to help me in all the aspects of the orders, and developing the new extranet with all in one (support, billing, tickets, and more.)

He works in another country different of mine, with another hour rank, and i know him from internet in a forum !!

On the other hand, we launched the new ticket system to the support queries and disable the msn option to make the support more professional and more efficient, we have around 1000 customers now and talking with 10 at the same time turns a crazy sport !

So, i have a lot of fears about all of this ! but i think that's the normal process from small company to medium, sure?

please tell me yes !! ;)

any comment will be welcome,

thanks

What exactly ARE you asking?
Whether it's normal to be angsty about getting in over your head?
If so, yeah. You want to make money, but you don't want to be swamped. I'd say that's natural :)

MSN for support doesn't look professional, bad spelling and grammar do however.

you dont have to worry, just hire more people or reply to your customers 1 by 1.

Sit down and read the eMyth (nothing to do with online business) and you will see it is normal.

pueblosnet...

every company is going to experience growing pains... it is very normal and it is to be expected

I would worry if after a while my business does not grow and did not change... the idea is to always get better right?

:)

I wish you all the best
