I'm looking for a cheap domain registrar that offers e-mail features such as: unlimited e-mail forwarding, catchall, etc. Also good customer support. (24/7)
I'm looking for a deal $8/under

RegisterFly.com -7.99 (w/code) 24/7 Phone, email and chat
Godaddy does offer 24/7 phone and email support although they are at 8.95
There are a few others although I do not know if they offer true 24/7

I'm looking for a domain registrar that lets you create e-mail accounts using the domain (ex. name@domain-name.com) via CPanel.

Is cheap-domainnames.com a good place to purchase a domain. Do they offer good support? Has anyone had any bad experience with them?

Hello Jato.
DomainSite.com has unlimited email forwarding addresses with every domain.
Some others have no unlimited ones but a large amount, such as ScotReg.com offering 100 forwarding addresses for free per domain you buy with them.
I would personally be interested in a registrar with free POP3 features, or with a webmail account included in the registration fee.

Then you need ahost not a registrar.
I'm not aware of *any* that will give you a free cpanel account and unlimited email just for registering a domain - how would they pay for the service you're using ? the hardware ? the cpanel licences ?
