I think I've finally found a good virtual plan that meets all of my very specific needs. It's not cheap, so I want to make sure I'm getting what I pay for.
A good fit with my technical requirements, plus a good reputation for customer support is leading me to CrystalTech. I should emphasise that responsive technical support is the most important factor for me -- my clients get brutal when my site is down, so I can't wait patiently for answers.
Before I take the plunge, any bad experiences out there with CrystalTech? Specifically, has anyone been inconvenienced by lapses in quality customer support?
Thanks.
