looks like a decent setup, but i have some questions:

1) what versions of php, mysql, linux is on the host?
2) how often are they upgraded or have scheduled downtime?
3) do you have IMAP support?
4) what are the system specs of the boxes?
5) do you offer cpanel as an option?
6) what kind of pipes do you have?

The cp is plesk then how do you have unlim. subdomains because plesk counts the subs as domains so I could pretty much have 100 subdomains wouldnt that be like 100 domains :confused:
