umm, i doubt you'll get reg fee for it, and if you develop it you'll probably get sued. (especially when the game comes out)

Look at http://timesplitters2.com/ is not used by sony. Noone has been sued. Sony will not go after low profile cases like this! Best of luck with your sale my friend.
