I guess I'm a little confused - is this a single 3mbit connection shared between all of the servers in the data center? Or is this simply whatever connectivity you have at the DC and the port my server is plugged into is limited at 3mbit a second?

Wouldn't this be awefully slow if I purchased a server with the listed bandwidth numbers above? Will I be able to reach this 2000gb bw limit if others are using up the same amount? How much can a 3mbit line put out?
