View Full Version : HELP -- Saturn Services and AWRegistry

I am in need of some assistance. I have an account signed up with Saturn Services (Savant Networks) and when I signed up the account, I had them register the domain since it was free. They use AW Registry when doing this. Lately, Saturn has been extremely terrible with their servers constantly going up and down, e-mail not working half the time, and nobody available for support whatsoever. I've had enough and have decided to move the account to another host. In doing so, I need to change the name servers but I don't have a login with AW Registry. Does anyone here know anything about how Saturn sets up domains with AW Registry? I'm not sure if they set it up with the same administrator password I have for publishing the account!?!?!? So far, I can't login to AW Registry and again, getting a hold of Saturn is near impossible. This is for a client of mine and so far they haven't figured out that their web site is down.

Any assistance is much appreciated.

What's the domain name Mark?

The domain name is residualinc.net. I can't access it and according to NSIRegistry.com, the registrar is AWRegistry.

Here's also ping results I just tried to the IP Address:

I would just call AWRegistry.
They have a toll free number listed here (http://www.awregistry.net/contact.html).
You are the listed registrant. But your Administrative contact email goes to support@Savant.

You should have no problems resolving things by calling and then submitting their requirements.

Yes and I just found that out tonight. Of course I already tried having the password sent to me but since the e-mail address is incorrect, that didn't work. I just got off the phone with AWRegistry (actually open 24/7) and I am in the process of getting this resolved. They're going to switch the e-mail address on the domain once I prove who I am and then grant me access. I appreciate the information. It's times like these when you start to panic that makes asking for help a major difference.

I've been helping a client fight with NetSol for the past five months. He still doesn't have control of his domain. :(
Your problem should be easily resolved.
Good luck.

AW Registry was extremely helpful and I was able to fax them over some information to prove who I was. I called to make sure they received the fax and within five minutes, I was logged in to my account via their site. I've made the changes and will now just wait the normal 24-72 hours for it to take affect.

Thanks SoftWareRevue for the assistance...
