Was wondering if anybody knew the URL to the software where you sym link sendmail to a script and all mail passes through this relay, it'll limit the LOCAL users from spamming the system and other evil things?

And also how would you protect against php mail() ?

there is a how-to tutorial in the tutorial section above, a perl script which wraps the sendmail and logs all sent emails.
