I ran across a company that had the option for their resellers a dedicated 800# for the reseller's clients. When one of the reseller's clients called this 800#, the company would even answer as the reseller's company. I thought this was great, but I can not find which company this was.

If anyone can tell me the company or any company that offers this to their resellers, please email me. It would be greatly appreciated.

I think OLM.net offers email support for your customers, not 100% sure about the phone support though.

I don't think OLM offers phone support to resold clients. The other one you are probably thinking of is *****

and in the case of CI....his question was "offers support", so they would qualify. Had he asked "provides support"....well, we all know the answer to that one.
