That's my primary concern. I need a windows plan ASAP.

Try blazernetwork they have very good prices and very fast support, i have 2 clients that use them too and they like it very much

blazernetwork's prices seem pretty cheap. that scares me. i've experienced the cheap hosting disasters already.

unifiednet.net's prices are also borderline. which is why i'm trying to dig a little deeper on them. if it's only a 1 or 2 man operation, i can see how they would be so cheap. and that's ok, so long as they can keep their servers up.

i can't be having less than a 99% uptime.

they have 99.9% uptime, and the servers are very fast too. I personally have speked with them on live chat and they are there 24/7 so it is more that a 1 man show :)

Which e-mail address are you sending to?

We were a little slow responding to sales inquiries yesterday as they were coming in fast. All e-mails were responded to within 4-6 hours though, nowhere near the 18 hour mark, which makes me wonder where you are sending from.

Thanks. I would like to know what your 99% uptime guarantee consists of. Do you refund the months fee's if you don't meet the uptime guarantee?

That's what my current host does (though it's only happened once in almost a year of being with them and it only dropped 1/10 of a point under their 99.9% guarantee). Are you the same way?
