I'm trying to pull together the pros and cons of these three hosting companies, along with any past experiences. I'm looking for good value budget hosting with excellent "up" time.

http://www.below10host.com
http://www.hostrocket.com

Any input is appreciated.

No doubt OLM beats the other two.
But don't use the regular plans that you can find in their website. Use these two CNET or Tophosts Specials. I think they are both the same.

I wouldn't be so sure Pippen. I used to use Below $10 Host and they had phenomenal uptime on Alabanza servers.

That said, whichever one you choose you should have no problems with them.

I had a few sites on OLM, plus their reseller account, for a couple years, during that whole time, I don't think we ever had a single downtime.

I have a few sites on Alabanza now, for almost a year, and have had a few downtimes....so you be the judge.

Greg, downtime doesnt have to be the Co-locating facilities fault. It can also be, the person, who owns the servers fault. I agree, Alabanza has been having some hardware failure lately, but I think they have sorted everything out now.
