View Full Version : REGISTERFLY do not answer at all!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hello,

I have a registerfly account and my account was placed in restricted mode (suspended). I registered many domain names by it and now I need to manage my domains and to register other domains. But when I contacted registerfly at risk@registerflysupport.com I received no any answer.
I sended other emails (support@UnifiedNames.com, support@flysupport.com, support@registerfly.com, biz@UnifiedNames.com) but I received no any answer too. They claimed for 4-8 hours responce time on their website, but I am still waiting for ANY responce over 7 days! I sended emails to them 7 days ago!

I browsed domain forums and saw that peopes are talking registerfly have no any support at all!!!

Now I am very worried about it and need help.
PLEASE HELP ME.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO DEAL WITH THIS TERRIFIED SITTUATION.

I would recommend calling them, they have 24 x 7 phone support on their site. If you are sending as many emails as you claim perhaps you have an issue you are not receiving their reply.

Anyway call them

The phone support dont work also. There is an answering machine and this is very strangely.

Sounds like you are calling a wrong number. The 24/7 number is clearly posted on their website.

Well, the problem of needing to register other domains is easy to solve. Find a better company to register them with.

As for managing domains, does Registerfly's suspension prevent you from transferring those out?

I contacted registerfly support team via phone and my problem was solved within several minutes!
I am wondering why some people are not fully satisfacted with registerfly services and support. These people I think are the competitors (domain registration competitors) of registerfly.

I think that registerfly have the best domain manager in the world and industry leading support via a variety of methods.

They (at registerfly.com) are great guys! I would like to thank registerfly team for the very fast response I received from them.

Now I am very happy registerfly user!

I posted above thread in Domain Name Discussions forum today. But I want to remove the threat completely from the forum (or edit it) because I was misguided, that registerfly support dont work. This is absolutly not true. And I now am very happy with registerfly and want to remove (or edit)this thread in order not to misguide other people!

Please help me to do that!
