I have an unusual situation... I will beable to provide support to my customers 24/7 via outsourced solution. However, I have to determine wether or not Chat Requests, or E-Mails actually do go to this company.

I am interested in finding a established company that is able to do this at a very reasonable rate.

All I require is for somoene to make sure all neccasary information is gathered, and beable to understand if it goes to support, sales, etc.

I'm interested in what 'fair market pricing' is for this service. I've been thinking about offering this as a service (since we already provide it for ourselves) but am not sure what the going rate would be in order to figure out the profitability.

Our servers are fairly trouble-free so our support staff is not heavily taxed but I don't want to run into a situation where providing support for other companies causes our own to suffer.

Any advice from someone who is doing this currently?
