Hi,
My name is Greg Duffield, and I am with MDU Web, Inc. Our primary business is providing apartments, universities, and gated communities with broadband services. However, we also have a thriving web hosting division as well.
Within our web hosting division we are also looking to expand our web design services. We are currently looking for designers and developers who can absorb some of the extra work load that we expect when we start our new marketing campaign.
We want people experienced in designing sites that are anywhere from simple to complex. Necessary requirements are advanced skills in DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, advanced skills in Flash 5, Photoshop. Also, if you have any experience programming (cgi, php, etc.) for any customized applications that our clients may need.
If you are well versed in developing scripts, but not so hot in design then that's ok, and vice versa. We are just looking for people that can work diligently with no supervision, complete work in a timely fashion, and develop custom sites based on our clients preferences. I cannot stress enough the importance of cleanliness in the design and layouts.
The terms of this arrangement will be on a subcontract basis. We will simply be the middle man in most cases, and have you design the sites, while we deal with the clients. MDU Web, Inc. will consult with the client to get an idea of what they want, and present them with a quote based on the anticipated scope of work. We will then issue the work to you once the client signs on to utilize our services.

Additionally, you can include your rate of pay by the hour or job. You can respond here, but please e-mail also, in order to make the process easier on our staff. Thank you for your time.
