I have a domain that switch word in order. My question is: Is it good to develope a site with a name like that. For example (just an example), how the musicsite.com compare to sitemusic.com? Does sitemusic.com mean anything? Please let me know your opinion.

It depends but that example you listed isn't all bad! If it still makes sense you are ok, but if it totally makes garbage, well then, you have garbage.

Looks okay to me - but it does depend on the actual domain you've got.

That was something we ran into with http://www.CodeBrain.com -- which, of course, many people would naturally enough remember as http://www.BrainCode.com
When we put up a referrer just to see what was going on, we found that the inverted name was grabbing around 1000 hits a day.
In this case, it was obvious what to do...

Correction and Rebuttal
It's a vicious rumor that any of our goats are trained by or work for the government. We deny this emphatically.

I get the feeling Nam is going to yell at us for turing all his threads into tangents. First this one, now the camcorder one. My apologies *hides under a piece of dust*

Alas, I must likewise apologize.
I try to stay on topic. I really do.
I start typing a firmly reasoned, technically detailed reply, right to the mark, replete with solid evidentiary references and helpful comments.
And then...
Having once again forgotten to wear my tinfoil hat, my cogent text is ripped from the screen with a vicious assault of backspaces -- and replaced with... Chicken droppings.
