Does AdAce Inc. (www.adace.com) closed. Anyone knows about them ?

AdAce is (or was) a company that manage you banner traffic and you give them 35% of what you earn. They promote you trough their network and give you all the means to make more ad customers. Ad Panel, automatic banner software, CC gateway...
At AdAce there were 40+ clients including InfoSpace, mp3.com, Prodigy, MapQuest, Mail.com, RealMedia....

The last week i tried to enter to http://www.adace.com but it displays an under construction screen of directnic

What happened with them (email also don't work)

If they're closed is any other company with the same working model ?

Same model would mean another company on its way out of business....maybe you should search for a company with a little better model.
