Hopefully you can help me. I need advice from qualified server admins on the pros and cons of the Ensim WEBppliance admin software vs. the Plesk Server Administrator.

Please give specific details as to which you think is best and why, as opposed to which you are more comfortable with. I need facts, that's why I am asking for qualified admins to reply.

personally I don't like either... they both take over your OS in some ways... I perfer interface programs like Cpanel or Webmin much more.

However, I have used ensim and I can tell you that I did not enjoy it. If you try to do anything via CMI, well, you've basically just screwed your system and will probably need a re-install.

I've heard good things about plesk, but then again I wouldn't use it since I like interface programs a lot more.
