I would like to get any opinions about the following 3 companies regarding 1. as a company, 2. their cusomter service and 3. the packages.

I have been looking Windows 2003 reseller packages for a while now and these 3 seem very good. Below is what they are offering and I would like to get some opinions/comments about them from people who know them or have dealt with them before.

Currently ResellerGuru.com comes out as being on the ball to me. They are very responsive with their help and their packages are not all too bad. They currently have a special for $99 per annum offering:

MS SQL Databases 5 with addtional costing $10per month
They have full MS SQL and not MSDE.
Support private nameservers

They also seem very responsive. I have sent through an information request and got a response in an hour of sending through the request. Their package:

They have full MS SQL and not MSDE.

Sorry, I do not want to offend any company or person or break the rules of WHT. All I want is opinion and unbiased comment from experience with these companies so it will help me and others reading these mails make decisions.

Of these 3 hosts, I've only tried unifiednet.net

Been with them 5 weeks and so far, I am sufficiently impressed. Uptime is 100%, support turnaround time is great and the price is right. Not only is the support turnaround time good, but they are actually helpful and resolve my user error issues and answer my questions.

If you decide to try them out, I'd like to here your feedback on them, too.

I have been with ResellerGuru since the beginning of February and I must say that I am really happy and impressed by them. They have managed to answer any query I have had within 30 minutes and if it was marked as urgent within 5-10min.

I would have expected unifiednet to also be good as they portrayed a very professional outfit to me when I was looking as well. My only problem with them was the lack of a fully fledged SQL Server.

Anyways, I may still sign up with them depending on how well my web hosting business grows. thanx for the feedback and keep it coming.
