Thanks for asking me to clarify as I should. It is managed ONLY if it is a CPanel/WHM server (which is included). We keep the products up to date, do kernel upgrades within reason upon request, apply security patches, add (or subtract) IPs, install approved software, etc.

If it is NOT a CPanel/WHM server, then we only provide reboot services at no charge (it isn't managed).

What kind of support is included other than the standard patching/upgrades? ie: can you help with the intial set up of things such as mysql or mod_gzip?

Also, the menu doesn't even show up in Opera 5 / Opera 6, so you should provide some alternate links for those who can't see it, as otherwise you have a 1 page site...

Yes, we will help with those things as long as it is a CPanel server. See my above post about how this is a managed server.
