Tired of email problems because of your colo provider not dealing with Spamming clients?

Not with us. Cyberverse has a zero-tolerance policy toward spam. If a complaint comes in, we investigate immediately, and if we find someone in violation of our policies regarding unsolicited commerical email, we remove that customer from our network at once. Our zealous anti-spam policy is a reflection of our values; we don't like spam, and refuse to do business with spam-friendly entities. But that attitude also serves to keep machines on our network out of blacklists, which means you won't face the problem that can occur with some providers; your email being rejected because of someone else's inappropriate behavior.

Ok so if someone buys a rack from you and on one of their servers one of their clients disobays the policy you just remove the server? even though its not your clients fault but their client?

We'd never physically touch the machine. Blackholing address space would be the most severe thing we would do, but we would contact the client of record and address the problem with them directly first. If it is a blatant violation however, the resolution of this is going to lead to that server will eventually have to leave.
