These guys just signed up with us, caught them early... :).

Name used is angela durando.

They first attempted to pay using our credit card processor and were denied... then payed with paypal. Signed up for a resellers account and immediately put there site up in the Cgi-bin.

Well, we didn't bother to refund these guys, because they were in violation of our TOS....So they went to paypal and said they sent to the money to the wrong people, we explained to paypal what happened. PAYPAL STILL REFUNDED THEM!!!

Are you sure they paid using their own paypal account. I doubt that! I'm sure they've used a compromised paypal account..

ITs very possible we aren't sure, but paypal tells you nothing, all they have to say is "we are sorry for the inconvience", paypal becomes more a joke to me everyday.
