I live in Canada. I want to accept credit card payments online.
I've made a research on all forums here and here is what I've found so far:

The problem is that the setup fees and charges of these companies are much higher than the companies who operates only with US clients like http://echo-inc.com (they offer 5 chargebacks free and 5 USD for each over 5).

I can't explain why the prices are so different?
Does somebody know better deal for Canadian companies?

most likley because of our weak Canadian dollar, everything is expensive here in Canada;)

Another one to consider is RevEcom ( www.revecom.com ). Their rates are 3.9% + $1 per transaction.

If I resell 5 dollar hosting plans using revecom I'm going to loose money :-)
