I'm currently hosted at Interserv, and their server is kinda bad so I wanna change to a different host.

400+ mb space (Ubb Forum)
15+ gigs of bandwidth

anyone has any recommend?

Give http://www.jtlnet.com a shot. They offer this in their Maximum Linux hosting package. I've been with them for a while and haven't had any problems.

You might also consider migrating your UBB to vBulletin, which is a less resource intensive program. It's the forum software being used here, and I think it's fair to say we all like it better: http://vBulletin.com/
