At Zoom do they enable WHM to allow for easy tranfer of accounts?

There is no separate option for this but to enable root (All Features). If they will enable it just for easy transfer of accounts, then they are giving you full access to their WHM. Hope this help. They will transfer the first 30 free and then 50 cents for any additional transfer.
