 | View Full Version : Hsphere ??? mediaman 02-21-2002, 11:50 AM I signed up w/ hsphere for an install. They got 3/4 done and I paid them to get the license for the software. Then they dissapeared. Any one have any similar issues?? They don't return e-mails or answer there phone ??? Thanx for any input. I suspect that H-Sphere is becoming more popular and they are not staffed to keep up. Overall they seem to be a good company, and are professional in their responses. One thing that would make life much easier on them would be to allow us to install it ourselves. BTW, I haven't ordered H-Sphere yet, might be a couple of months. Neofree sjau 02-21-2002, 04:14 PM My host used CPanel before and now switched to H-Sphere. There were some problems and issues (one is still going on) but guys there are working on it. Although there has been some hassle (be prepared for that) H-Sphere runs now really fine and I'm so happy with the controls I got now over my account. I really like H-Sphere and there support is 100x better then any other Control Panel out there. Thats whywe went with H-Sphere, Plus the billing and auto setup and ticket system reseller support ect ect.. :) freeva 02-21-2002, 11:43 PM I believe you would need to wait for a couple of days before they are able to install the Hsphere for you. The installation process takes around 2 - 3 days. They install the software on the first day and test out everything on the following day. We have just added 3 Hsphere servers about a month ago. We are pretty happy with support. They always responded our email within 24 hours except weekend. |
