I have a question: I deleted a domain account via WHM, but the account is still accessible. An suggestions would be much appreciated.

Delete it manually :)
Edit httpd.conf, proftpd.conf, delete /etc/valiases/domain.com
etc.. etc.. etc..

Yes, this happens sometimes.
One time WHM even left a shell access account usable when I terminated the account. :angry:

I'm still trying to get use to all this. Would anyone mind giving me explict instruction on how to do that (from program to access to commands).

Err... this is just my thoughts... don't throw stones on me huh :D

Did you try to create the same domain account then delete it again and see whether it deleted?
