Hey why is the site down?

I had been looking to setup something with these guys, and Jay was emailing me several times a day last week. As of last weekend, email started bouncing, no replies were recieved, so I'm not surprised that their website is down. I'd expect that something has happened and they're not able to offer their services any more.
