Does anyone have recommendations for domain reseller accounts with most or all of the following:

An account setup fee is fine.
Should support international customers and offer a reasonable variety of country TLDs.
A reasonable domain price (< $10 for a .com)
The ability for me to pre-configure their domain for them. In other words have the domain already pointing at an IP Address.
Reliable with good support.
